REDUCTIONS

Children from 0 to 5 years: FREE

Children from 6 to 8 years: - 50%

Children from 9 to 12 years: - 30%

3rd and 4th adult bed: -10%

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

The room is available to the customer from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

CITY TAX

The tourist tax is excluded: € 2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days (children up to 14 years excluded).

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

For direct bookings made on our site until March 31, 2021 you can book without paying the deposit. Only 15 days before arrival at the hotel will be required to confirm the booking and the payment of a minimum deposit.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or postal order.

The stay can be paid directly at the hotel by cash, debit card, credit card.

CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of cancellation, within 10 days of arrival at the hotel, the DEPOSIT will be returned or it can be reused for a future stay.

In case of early departure with less than three days' notice, the customer is required to pay the following three nights in room only or the rest of the stay if less.

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF THE STRUCTURE

We use specific medical products for cleaning all surfaces, at the correct concentrations, supplied by certified companies. The rooms are sanitized with hydrogen peroxide at each check-out.

The areas in contact with the public are continuously sanitized.

In the common areas: our spaces are large and it is possible to maintain the distance between guests. You can also decide to have meals in the restaurant or in the large and cool garden.

All staff are equipped with virus containment devices (masks) for their own safety and that of our guests.
